D’ Lux Closet Designer Styled is a custom storage solutions company specializing in bespoke closets, pantries, garage organizers, kitchen storage, and related home organization systems. We serve clients in the United States and Canada, with locations in San Antonio, Texas and Vancouver, British Columbia.
3. Use of the Website

4. Consultations
D’Lux Closet offers a complimentary in-home design consultation. By booking a consultation, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate measurements and space information to assist our designers
- The consultation is free and carries no obligation to purchase
- Design proposals prepared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of D’Lux Closet unless a purchase agreement is finalized
5. Custom Orders
All custom orders, including closets, shelving systems, and storage units, are:
- Manufactured to your specific measurements, material selections, and design preferences
- Non-transferable and non-refundable once production has commenced
- Subject to standard industry tolerances of up to ±3mm in dimensions
By confirming a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the made-to-order nature of the product.
6. Pricing and Quotes
All prices and quotes are provided in USD unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to adjust pricing after the quote expiration date.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
7. Payment
By placing an order or confirming a project, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- The payment information you have submitted is accurate and complete
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Financing options are available at most locations, subject to approval by the financing provider.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
8. Installation
- Installation is performed by our skilled team on a scheduled date agreed upon with you
- You are responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible and clear prior to the scheduled date
- Any changes to the installation date must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance
- D’Lux Closet is not liable for delays caused by site conditions beyond our control
9. Shipping and Delivery
- D’Lux Closet offers free shipping on all orders
- Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation but are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, logistics partners, or circumstances beyond our control
10. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun. Please review our Refund Policy in full before confirming your order.
11. Warranty
D’Lux Closet stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship. We offer a workmanship warranty covering defects in materials and installation for a period of 1 year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by water, pests, or environmental conditions

12. Intellectual Property
