1. Overview
At D’ Lux Closet Designer Styled, we take pride in delivering custom-crafted storage solutions built specifically for your space. Because every project is designed, measured, and manufactured to order, our return and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work.
Please read this policy carefully before confirming your order or project.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All D’Lux Closet products, including custom closets, shelving systems, pantry units, garage organizers, and kitchen storage solutions, are made to order based on your specific measurements, material selections, and design preferences.
As a result, custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of defect or manufacturing error.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of placing your order will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations submitted after 24 hours but before production begins may be subject to a design and processing fee of up to 20% of the total order value.
- Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@dluxcloset.modfurniture.online with your order number and reason for cancellation.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or installation completion. You must provide:
- Your order or project number
- A detailed description of the defect or damage
- Clear photographs showing the issue
Upon review, we will offer one of the following resolutions at no additional cost to you:
- Replacement of the defective component or part
- Repair by our installation team
- A partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and will work with you to make it right.
5. Installation Issues
If a problem arises during or after installation that is directly attributable to our team’s workmanship, please notify us within 7 days of installation. We will return to assess and resolve the issue at no charge.
Issues arising from inaccurate measurements or space details provided by the customer may incur additional charges for corrections.
6. In-Store or Standard Product Returns
For any non-custom, standard products purchased through our online shop:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
To initiate a return, contact us at support@dluxcloset.modfurniture.online to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
7. Refund Process
Once a return or refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping or consultation fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Free Shipping Policy
D’Lux Closet offers free shipping on all orders. In the event of an approved return of a standard (non-custom) product, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
9. Financing Orders
If your purchase was made using a financing option, please be aware that refunds on financed orders may be subject to the terms and conditions of your financing agreement. Contact your financing provider for more details.
